Students not being able to view Youtube videos:
When students create Youtube accounts or channels using their harnettstudents.org email account there may arise a problem with getting access to view YouTube videos.
The fix:
To get to the page to fix the accounts users need to sign-in to Google on a PC, delete their cookies then sign-out of Google. They must then navigate to youtube.com/channel_switcher and sign in again, remembering to change the default channel once they sign-in. Once this has been done on one device, it will fix the issue on any devices they use.
This does not affect the ability of teachers to un-restrict videos on Youtube.
