Collaboration

Collaboration goes beyond students working in a group.  True collaboration occurs when students identify when to step into a leadership role, how to listen openly to other's ideas, and what it means to work equitably together toward the same goal.  We must help our natural leaders adjust to letting others lead, and support our more timid students in sharing their ideas.
