Creativity
Creativity is the ability to evaluate, and synthesize all current knowledge or understanding to create something new that has value. All people have unique creative capacities, and helping students understand, harness, and unleash their creativity will support their success in all areas of their life. Our education system has historically evaluated students on "right" and "wrong" answers, when real world conflicts and problems are never so simple. We have to challenge this mentality by encouraging students to find their own answers, engage in the process of learning, and gain new insight from roadblocks and challenges they face.
